His gunshot wound makes him more of a liability than a useful ally, but Kelly’s a nurse, and without her aid he likely won’t live. They might just find the help they both need among a band of refugees gathered at her mother’s ranch. She throws their lot in with this ragtag group hoping that their disparate skills and knowledge will somehow be enough to survive.
