Cue overly-friendly Mormons in Utah, Nazi-dinosaurs in Colorado, hostile Germans in New Mexico, ghost cowboys in Arizona, accidental drug deals in Las Vegas and freakish weather all over the place. The journey is interspersed with a desperate search for a decent cup of tea and a mission to convince everyone they really are English and definitely not Australian.
